The information contained on this website has been prepared by us to help you and covers a large number of areas. However we realise that every one of our clients is different, as may be their circumstances. In preparing this guide we recognise that it is possible for two individuals to read the same piece of information in a slightly different light. At FSNI we are committed to protecting your privacy, we use the information we collect to process orders and answer enquiries and none of this is made available to any other parties.

What information do we collect?

For instance, when you order flowers, we need to know your name, shipping address, e-mail address, credit card or debit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your order. We process orders personally over the telephone or in person, as we have found that some of our clients are reticent to use the web and we have no wish to add to their burden at the time of a death.

FSNI will never ask you to send or confirm personal information by email, including but not limited to your name, address, passwords or financial information.
