Caring for people is at the heart of our approach
To help with this, we can collect experiences, stories and memories from relatives and friends who attend the funeral and collate these in the Token of Remembrance Memorial Book, as detailed previously. We are often told this provides additional comfort for the future.

Helping reflection

Following the activity of a funeral, there is often a time of reflection for those left behind.  Our Token of Remembrance memorial book allows relatives and friends to make a comment, or just sign their name.  We are often told this provides additional comfort for the future.

We can also help to remember a life in other ways, for example -

Placing an entry in our book of remembrance, which is available in the funeral home for families and friends to reflect upon the life of their loved one.  It is opened on the first anniversary of a death and the entry can be another source of comfort.

Arranging a memorial (whether adding inscriptions to an existing headstone, or choosing a new memorial).
