We understand the related issues and formalities that will be encountered and because of our experience, can help with these. For example, the confidential records which we hold on previous funerals are often useful when families are making decisions.
At such an emotional time, our experience also enables us to highlight important details which may sometimes be overlooked. This means that the funeral is exactly as planned, with some of the worry and pressure shouldered by us.
We are familiar with, and understand, the customs of every religion. We have served many cultures and faiths in Northern Ireland, as well as those who do not have religious beliefs
A personal advisor helps, before and during the funeral. Afterwards, they also telephone or visit to offer further support.
