Caring for people is at the heart of our approach and as a result we:
- Particularly understand that the needs of the bereaved do not simply begin and end with the provision of a funeral. Our experience, gained over many years, enables us to provide both support and direction at a time when even the strongest can feel vulnerable;
- Can be trusted to organise a funeral exactly in accordance with our client’s wishes, which is often helped through our involvement, over the years, with different members of the same family;
- Provide a truly professional service 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays;
- Are familiar with and sensitive to, the customs of every religion and have served all cultures and faiths in Northern Ireland, as well as those who do not follow any particular creed;
- Provide a comprehensive leaflet with transparent information regarding costs, which allows every individual to make their own choices (these can include family tradition, environmental aspects, costs or other factors) with no pressure from us.
