We have prepared the Family Information Pack as an aid for the bereaved, so that the process of making decisions and carrying out unfamiliar tasks is kept as simple as possible.

It also addresses some of the difficult emotional questions that a death provokes, such as how, when it applies, to explain the death of a loved one to a child.
